In 1968, Bobby Wong immigrated with his family from Shanghai China and in 1971 moved to Rutherford, NJ. Food was always a big part of family and life. At the age of 15, he moved to Boston with his older brother where he landed a job with restaurateur Joyce Chen. From that experience, Bobby perfected his love of cooking. He went on to open successful, dine-in restaurants such as Taos, Village Gourmet, Mignon, Tina/Louise & Delmonico.
